Admission requirements:

University entrance qualification (z. B. Abitur)

Knowledge of the German language, generally at least at B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
Suitable forms of proof of language proficiency can be found here.
All language certificates that are proven in the form of a language test are valid for 5 years.

Field of interest:

Interest in economic questions, good or very good english and math skills.

Application with german school degree:

• Application at the University Magdeburg
• Application deadline: September 30 (limitation period)

Application with international school degree:

• Application via uni-assist
• Application deadline: Juli 15 (limitation period)

International applicants may not apply via the OVGU-application platform, but according to the guidelines of the academic international students’ office and the International Office. 

• Proof of sufficient language skills in German in form of DSH level 2, TestDaF level 4, ZOP, or equivalent
